Yup it's true, over the past three days I've gotten calls from customers that made me want to burst into this song.

I love John Price, I forgive him for being a lefty, even.
One of the highlights of my life was having front row seats a his show on my birthday.
Prine, Dylan, and Townes were great !

Somehow I missed Prine when he was in his prime. I went to Austin one time to play Lightfoot with people I met on the internet and they were all playing Prine songs. I was amazed at what I had been missing. I came to Townes late too because I wasn't in Texas back then and he wasn't too well known nationally.

I don't remember him at all. I really enjoyed that and am going to pull up more of his songs. I will check out
the other guys Red Oak mentioned. I really enjoy songs that tell a story.

Dang! I had never heard of him. That is good stuff. He is playing in Ft. Worth twice during July. I will be there for at least one of those shows. Maybe we could make an evening out of it?
Thanks for the tip.

Walt Wilkins and the Mystiqueros is worth seeing. Or Walt solo or with his wife Tina. National Anthem before a Mets game.
