I bought a new wireless USB adapter for the shop computer last week, a little pricey, but I figured it's the same brand as my router so no compatibility issues. The old one was slow, and would drop the connection, because I bought some cheap no name junk.

I even read the instructions on the new one and followed them, and it was so slow it was useless. Checked with google and found lots of people with issues with the device but no solutions.

Figured I would go do my 15 minute job in Coppell today and come home to call tech service.

Hey lookkee here the have live chat for tech issues, well I've used that before and it was quicker than the phone, so here we go.

Gave them the problem and supplied all, I mean all of the of the answers to the questions I knew they would ask in my trouble ticket generator.

First question was what is the model and serial number?

I gave you that in the original description.

And so it went, for a full hour he asked a question and I told him that is was in the orignal description.

I gave up and told him I had other things to do and would persue this a another date.

He said thanks and goodbye and it was a pleasure helping.

Help? he answered nothing and provided no answers.

Now here is where I need your assistance, when I call the phone desk I will be sure to tell them this guy is as useless as a screendoor on a submarine, how do you pronounce his name?.

The real mystery is why it's still called help desk or help line.

One of the reasons I always give for using our company is that you always get a human who speaks Texas English when you call for help.

The American People want to pay the cheapest price, and get the resulting cheap support I guess ? Or maybe it is the Shareholders ?
