The lies of Hillary

A long article, but well worth a read. Jonah Goldberg nails it.
Dear Reader (including Josh Duggar who foolishly got a job at the Family Research Council rather than as a party planner on Jeffrey Epstein’s plane), Bill Clinton is the greatest gaslighter in modern American politics. This is from the Wikipedia entry on “Gaslighting”: Sociopaths frequently use gaslighting tactics. Sociopaths consistently transgress social mores, break laws, and exploit others, but typically, are also charming and convincing liars who consistently deny wrongdoing. Thus, some who have been victimized by sociopaths may doubt their perceptions. Some physically abusive spouses may gaslight their partners by flatly denying that they have been violent. Gaslighting describes a dynamic observed in some cases of marital infidelity: “Therapists may contribute to the victim’s distress through mislabeling the woman’s reactions. . . . The gaslighting behaviors of the husband provide a recipe for the so-called ’nervous breakdown’ for some women [and] suicide in some of the worst situations.”

I've never questioned that Bill is a sociopath. Hadn't thought about Hillary being one but it makes sense.

Oh yeah, where do you think Bill learned it from? They are two peas in a pod.

I think psychopaths are born, not made. But it does make sense that 2 psychopaths might be attracted to each other for whatever reasons.

I don't think Bill is a sociopath. He's just a skilled liar and lies to get himself out of trouble.
Hillary is a different story. She is a habitual, uncontrollable liar. She lies even when the truth would suit her better.

I have told people for nearly 20 years that Bill Clinton has no conscience. He is what is known as a "trust bandit", able to lie to meet his needs/wants without a shred of remorse or guilt. Whereas a normal person would turn red, stutter or clutter words, or show other signs of distress while lying, Clinton makes no distinction between truth and lies. The only difference is between those things that he wants and those he doesn't. It's not that he doesn't know the difference, it's that he doesn't care (again, unless it meets his needs).
I think Hillary Clinton is much more dangerous.

Lack of conscience is one of the hallmarks of a psychopath.

Perhaps because the far righters seem to have lost their minds and their compassion. I am proud to call myself a moderate these days.

As Newton said, every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Stop making the country a liberal cesspool and a lot of the rightwing extremism goes away.

Extremism will never go away. It will just find new excuses.

"I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice! And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue!"
Barry Goldwater- 1964
It was true then and is still true- always will be true.

The more I read the more I believe, as all the tests I've taken indicate, that I am a Libertarian. I've voted that way before and more than likely will again.
