Bright flashes of lightening, booming thunder

Maybe we'll finally get some rain.

I will now admit, with Bridgeport almost full, I'm ready for a break in the rain.

We had a heck of a storm from 10:30 -1:15. Neighbor on our downstream side has a huge Corp of Engineers damn on his place. It is about 2 miles from prudence. Water is now backed up onto our place. WET, WET

I saw all the lightning and heard some of the thunder south of us. Seems like it lasted until after 3 a.m. I wondered who was getting all the nasty weather.
