That's chump change for the Feds. They are getting ready to spend 34 billion for 400 F35's. That's 85 million apiece. Just build 1 less and take the 20 mil out of that.

National Defense is within the purview of the Federal Government, cleaning up a City mess, mostly self induced, not so much.
Baltimore's problem is not lack of funds, but lack of moral fiber.

Yes, but F35s are to kill scum.

And yes, Scarlett I'm thinking the gov. will help pay for it which is so very wrong.............but since when has that stopped the gov?

As my mind wonders around inside my head, I see images of thugs throwing rocks, destroying anything they can. But then I remember the images of Wimberly, San Marcos, etc. Neighbors helping neighbors, church groups tearing out wet dry wall and cleaning out houses for people they don't even know. Searching for the missing is a really grim job and yet, they do it to bring some type of closure for the families. Volunteers and professional firemen and police officers doing water rescues at risk to themselves, but they're glad they have the training to do it.

True; that would require a President who is committed to winning.
