plus more suing to come , probably sue the cop and deep pockets city I'd guess !!

he is probably going to fight it using his public employee Unions lawyers . So far , it looks good , pepper spray because a guy flips you the bird is over the top in my opinion !! Don't know if this is the last word because of appeals .
