King v. Burwell

Postby Sangersteve » Wed Jun 10, 2015 8:13 am

The left and Obama are trying to sway the opinion of the supreme court. The left produces polls that shows the people want Obamacare left alone.

The polls consist of questions about what the supremes should do, questions like:

"The supreme court decision on King vs Burwell would strip millions of dollars in healthcare subsidies from poor people, and leave them in jeopardy of having no healthcare. Should the supreme court move to strip the subsidies?"

Do you agree? Yes or No

What the question does is play on sympathy. So viola we have a poll that says save the poor people.

An honest poll question would show an entirely different result.

"Written into the law is the statement that only state exchanges can grant subsidies"

"Should the supreme court uphold this law?"

The left insists that the lawmakers really didn't mean it and it was a typo.

Judge Roberts already saved this monster once, the left is asking the court to preform an "Amazing Kreskin" and say that the lawmakers really meant everyone should get a subsidy, no matter what the law says.

In steps Obama to tweak the courts nose by saying it is a very easy decision and the court shouldn't have taken up the case.

I guess we'll see in a few days if the supremes are mind readers or proof readers.
It's a joke son,I say a joke

I want it gone simply to take away the obamacare victory . Those few words are what the law hinges . So yeah , get rid of it , only thing is that next it'll be single payer I think so no matter what Obama wins I guess .

Obama will play his John Roberts card.
Bush put a Trojan Horse on the court. He probably knew exactly what he was doing.
