I suppose for the same reason books on other topics one might not agree with are sold.

Their justification for pulling the Rebel flags is that they supposedly promote hate and violence.

The Quran is no different. If Walmart desires to have any consistency whatsoever, then they must pull all copies of the Quran from their shelves and from their website.
