I suspect that Webb is waiting to surface as a presidential candidate. The dogfight on the Republican side is nothing compared to what we are going to see close to the Democratic convention when it becomes clear Hillary is vulnerable.

I've heard a little about him , he sounds ok , better than most of the other dems and some 'rinos' . I first heard his name a few months ago , he has a good background in my opinion .

I would say Webb understands something that most liberals do not. If you want to remove the power of something, you ignore it. Every parent in the world knows that if you always pick up a crying baby, the baby learns how to use that to its advantage. Making a big deal over a flag or a word just continues to give it more power.

He is one of the very few Democrats that I could vote for as President. I have admired him for years.

yep , I roughly know his bio , sounds alright to me when compared to what we now have . Webbs bio sounds like he is an admirable American as far as I can see .
