The 31-page dissent by the Chief Justice said to go ahead and celebrate all you want, but do not Celebrate the Constitution because this has nothing to do with the Constitution.

Expect some case to come forth exposing a flaw in the decision.

hey Greg , you should know me by now , like I have said , country is going to a class system of rulers , subjects and its kings men or law enforcement and they need to be paid more money because they are heros . --------- like I have said in previous threads , these are interesting times that I am happy that my dear parents aren't witnessing . AND , by the way , moderate repubs / rinos aren't making a peep of objection .

no hope as far as I am concerned , flaws will be rewritten by the supremes so as to comply , new law will simply be made by the supremes and judges , imo .

well , just a shame to see the country going as its going Greg , doesn't matter what the people that are ruled call themselves as they speak under their breath because the rulers and their enforcers will define them . Point is that there now seem to be rulers and their low paid enforcers [that need more money] and then the vast majority of people , most of whom are subjects' .

off topic reply but any church worth its salt shouldn't be tax exempt in my opinion . They never were until the 'johnson amendmentment ' - IF - I understand that bit of 1950s [56] kowtowing law .

Those words are very hollow, given that he was the author of yesterday's majority opinion. Yesterday's Obamacare decision had absolutely nothing to do with the Constitution.
