I installed a Moen kitchen faucet two years ago. Two weeks ago, we discovered a leak under the kitchen sink. The hose which allows the head to be a sprayer had developed a leak at the lead weight. Called Moen, they sent a replacement hose, at no cost, 2 day shipping. I installed the new hose last week end. There was a second leak in the connection into the main body of the faucet. I called Moen, and without hesitation, they sent an entire new faucet, at no cost, 2 day shipping.
Replaced it yesterday. Major project finished for the long weekend...

Re: Kudos to Moen
I've had that happen with a few items but not many. Sears replaced 3 water heaters in a row that developed leaks prior to the warranty end. I know it was our water that was at fault. After the 3rd one began leaking we switched from electric to propane and haven't had another leak. It's great to be able to do business with a good company that stands behind its products.
Working to love my fellow person regardless : >
