You enter our country one time illegally, you get caught and deported. You just got a pass.
You enter our country a second time and get caught, you get a mandatory jail stay of 5 years in a tent city type of facility.
Three minimum meals a day, a jump suit and hard work for your entire 5 year sentence, no time off. Then you get deported.
No other crime needs to be committed to get you there.
How do I get this to be a law?

Under the law first-time illegal entry into the U. S. is subject to a six-month sentence, a second offense or reentry after deportation theoretically is a felony with up to a two year sentence, or ten years in the case of a convicted felon as in the recent case of the murderer in San Francisco. That is all just theoretical, in reality federal prosecution guidelines mean that no illegal alien is going to be prosecuted for illegal entry or reentry unless there are all sorts of aggravating factors.

The above is why we need to change the law to what I described, mandatory, no if's and's or but's.

Could we just fast forward to the firing squad?
