Yes she did. I still see her on the other site. Perhaps because there is less drama there.

Or maybe it's less boring there too? And the politics are pretty one sided. I am conservative, but it's too bad that someone with other views doesn't fit in here.

That's not my point. You come here and nothing but political, religious and gay posts to discuss anymore except for a few. When Sue tried to post something different, people came on and changed it to a political thread. There are so many other things to talk about. I'm not saying we can't talk about these things, but gosh why does it seem to be the only thing?

You may be right. But the attrition here says everything. I miss a variety of topics.

Back at DD, Kevin's wife would sometimes get aggravated at threads that were about gay people.

I think she was somewhat justified, since the threads often seemed to be unnecessary, since at the time there was..more times than not..no reason to be discussing being gay..as it's own issue.

Things are different now thanks to the Supreme Court.

They have made..simply being "gay"..an endless political battle that will not go away in our lifetime..if ever.

It's too bad..and a darned shame.

I don't read them at all. I'm trying not to spend too much of my mental energy on the while topic. You guys go ahead and keep discussing. Others will come here, see it continually discussed and move on. Oh well.

Whether we like it or not, the result of the recent Supreme Court decision is now one of the primary issues of our time.

And thanks to Donald Trump..illegal aliens are once again as well.

yep , Donald Trump and the supremes , mrobama are quite the uniters of the correct people . Ted Cruz , Mike Lee and a few others also do pretty well at uniting the correct people . Personally I'm happy that the correct people are pizzed !!

Not "Gee, can we have another thread about how much y'all hate gay people and the government in general and how this country isn't what it used to be back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth?"

I have noticed similar trends by New Age republicans on FB.
