I would think it is obvious. Sane people don't murder people for no reason. We don't execute the insane. Why are we talking about executing someone who was temporily insane due to taking legal prescription antipsycotic drugs?

If this fellow had been found not guilty, gone into a hospital and then released in a few years......would you want him living next door to your grandkids?

I think you have to trust the professionals here. They are not going to release somebody they are not sure is sane. But, they might limit his activities or access to weapons just in case. I don't have kids. Maybe I'd feel differently if I did.
