And you had a choice between Trump or McCain as a cell mate, which one one you choose, and why?

McCain. I think Trump would spend the whole time talking about himself. That gets boring fast. Or he'd buy his way out and leave me to rot.

I'm with ya, Sue! I've been worried about people going nuts over Trump. He retaliated against McCain's jab and had no restraint and didn't respond in kind...he went way overboard. I really, really don't want an over-reacting CIC. His ego makes him unstable as far as I'm concerned. It kind of reminds me of my Dad's advice....think carefully with your brain before opening your mouth.

He so reminds me of Perot and of an egotistical SOB I briefly dated (who I mentioned on another thread). I wouldn't want to see any of the 3 as leader of our country. Amen about the ego instability.

I agree with Ann and Sue, Trump scares the hell out of me. He does remind me of Perot in a few ways. But he is not the person to lead The USA back on the right track. And no, I have no clear favorite at this point, Perry comes to mind. Jeb Bush doesn't make my short list. But we need someone that will kill Obamacare and his Iranian Deal while building America back to what it once was.

NVA cell mate?

McCain definitely.

President?

Trump definitely.

I don't need an NVA cell mate..I am going to need a President soon.

just watched some comedienne on 'orealy' , black guy named Chris Rock , Rock was saying the same thing about 'mccain' that Donald said about him being captured . Pretty funny , I'll try to find it . I found it but bad language so I didn't post it up . Very funny though and easy to find !!

No, everybody can..the more the merrier.

Are you getting that McCain slapped Trump and his supporters first?

The question you should be asking is.."is McCain the only one that gets to throw bombs?

McCain has caught no flak for calling Trump and his supporters.."crazies."

I think you get to slap the hell out of someone that makes a comment like that..twice.

But when Trump is asked to apologize he just digs in and doubles down. And then turns around and expects apologies from McCain.

So I supposed I have more in common with McCain, and Trump would expect me to apologize whenever I said something he didn't agree with.

No one owes anyone an apology.

Trump could probably have said a lot worse about McCain.
Do a Google search for "McCain Collaborator" and see what you get.

Yeah, and he's reduced to name calling.......and name calling an entire city???? Incredibly lame and not the least bit presidential.

as if mrobama is presidential , same for 'Clinton' and same for illegal alien enabler and friend GWB and his father before him. As if any of them were presidential . Mr. Trump may still be doing good , haven't see the newest polls yet . As this article about 'Godzilla' Trump points out , even if Trump starts going down in polling he is still probably going to remain in the top tier [probably]. --- http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articl ... 27460.html ---

Beware of polls showing Trump surging. Could have been taken before his comments over the weekend.

I would pick McCain before Trump; and both would be ahead of Hilary and Saunders.

Hilary and Saunders might very well be running the Prison.

yeah , BT , as my article mentions , even if Trump loses support he will likely remain top 10 with the hope being that he is in the debates . And like said , 14 months to go . Also hearing on local talk radio lots of talk on 'mccain' and I live in a Conservative area . Doesn't seem to be much condemnation of Trump in my area . Right now the talk is about the things that 'mccain' hid away concerning POWS which were detrimental to POWS and vets .
