Once in Illinois, we saw about 17 police cars in a 5 mile stretch--all of them pulling cars over.

One trip on I-45 will prove that if you're only running 85 you have no concern of being stopped.

Or I30. Interestingly I notice that most of the cars flying by me, when I'm headed east, have Arkansas tags. Guess they feel safe speeding in Texas.
