Well it is old news sort of...but what is going to happen to Jenner? Does he just get by with it? Does he get sued in civil court?

I don't think self-mutilation excuses anyone from any criminal justice or civil justice recourse. If there's a case, it will go forward regardless of any dangling parts or lack thereof.

I was under the impression no charges were going to be filed. Guess there could still be a civil action. But you'd better be sure you want to take on that sh** storm if you sue this courageous person.
