seems to me that the smart homeless women would be smart to get herself a device sold in camping outlets that let her pee normally , well 'normal' for males anyway . They come in an assortment of colors . I can imagine that there is enough problems living on the streets without adding having to pee like a girl to the list !!

or , pass a law that everyone has to pee like a girl . Save money on the paint and wall damage .
