Neither Karen or the boys want to go today so I am going to beat the crowd. Have I mentioned that I love the gym?
If I see any interesting roadkill in Maypearl I will report it later.

Trips to the gym is sorta like my hair, a faint memory of my past. I stopped the gym thing at around 55 I think.

I had not done it in decades. I now go at least six days a week and love it, feel a lot better.
