Me neither. I was just going to say it's sitting on my desk where it belongs but it's not there. That means it's probably sitting dead in my car or my purse.

Not me....50% of the time I forget to even take it. I don't usually give out the number either. Not because I'm an elitist, but because I rarely have it with me. Heh! I called my brother last night on the land line, but needed my cell phone to get the number. Then used it again because I had to call my sister. Yes, on the land line but used the cell to make sure of her number.

Steve is the one that just kills me. He's had a flip phone for years. He keeps it in his truck. Well, the charger fell on the truck floor and a part of it hasn't been found, yet. He ordered one from Amazon AND THEN COULDN'T FIND HIS PHONE. He thinks it might be at the coast. Now he was last at the coast for the 4th of July. The other day, he got a package from Amazon. He got a Droid, His phone was so old, that it was free from Verizon.

Sounds like me.

I loved my flip phone. Wish I had it back but it terminated life forces several years ago.

Flip phones were the best.

My wife still has a flip phone. That's what she wants.

Well, to tell the truth, I don't use even a half percent of what my droid razor will do. I do like the "search" for recipes at the grocery store so I can check if I have all the ingredients I need. That's convenient. IF I REMEMBER TO TAKE IT WITH ME!

When we went to Galveston, we went to the beach with some of Quinton's step family and their kids. I think I was the only adult out in the water watching their kids. The rest were sitting in their beach chairs with their phones while I was out in the water doing their jobs. That is the only day I went to the beach with all of them.

(Normally I check my phone quite often, but not if I should be protecting my children while they swim)

Cell phones are a plague. I wish they would go away.

They won't go away, because they're not really phones.

They are mobile computers.

..and more and more business is being done on mobile phones and tablets.

The desk top and lap top are the ones that are doomed.

Not for those of us who do artistic work. There are a lot of things that can't be done well with those tiny screens.

The Android phone is always within reaching distance.

This was published a couple of days ago.
I saw it from several sources.

Cellular phone radiation can cause cancer, other health woes, meta-study confirms

In fact, the researcher further said that individuals who are exposed to cell phone radiation for 20 minutes each day for five years are more likely to develop brain tumour.

Cell phone exposure for an hour a day for a span of four years can meanwhile increase the risk of developing other tumours by up to 500 percent....

This might get the obnoxious things shut down. I can hope.

That's a small price to pay for the ability to tell your friends where you are eating dinner.

Yeah, and stumbling around in the supermarket, bumping to people with a cell phone to your ear. I saw that this morning.
