PredictWise is a website that predicts the outcome events, including presidential elections.
It's predictions are mostly made up of gathering current gambling odds on the event. These come from online betting exchanges as well as private bookies.
It's no surprise that people who put their money where their mouths are have a much higher accuracy than those who just blow hot air.

Here's PredictWise's current assesment of the 2016 presidential election.

Likelihood of securing Democrat Nomination:
Hillary Clinton - 83%
Bernie Sanders - 8%
Joe Biden - 6%

Likelihood of securing Republican Nomination:
Jeb Bush - 42%
Scott Walker - 16%
Marco Rubio - 13%
