It's predictions are mostly made up of gathering current gambling odds on the event. These come from online betting exchanges as well as private bookies.
It's no surprise that people who put their money where their mouths are have a much higher accuracy than those who just blow hot air.

Actually, that makes a great deal of sense. When money is on the line it is ill advised to be a "homer".

And, it would appear that their projections reflect the reality of America today...at the national level the right is so screwed. Thank the Creator for THAT!
