NBC has released its post-debate GOP presidential poll:
Top Four
Donald Trump - 23% +1 from last week
Ted Cruz - 13% +7 from last week
Ben Carson - 11% + 3 from last week
Carly Fiorina - 8% +6 from last week
Biggest Losers
Jeb Bush - 7% -3 from last week
Scott Walker - 7% -3 from last week

Trump is the extended Middle Finger to the Political Establishment, that is all fine and good, but is not a long term plan.

I can understand all of the numbers except Trump and Carson.
I didn't think either one helped themselves the other night- I was wrong.

I didn't watch the debates, which is why I haven't commented on them.
..except the clips I've seen over and over.
Yes, I did see a great clip of Ben Carson. I think it was his closing statement..

Ben Carson had the best line of the night: "I'm the only one here to remove half a brain but if you look at Washington you would think someone beat me to it."

I think Dr. Carson got the rise because, I mean, who could not like and admire him? But he also took the tension right out of the room with his quip about brains. A good belly laugh is a great way to end a debate like that.
