More hits for Hillary

I don't think she could have planed a debacle this well. Hats off to the lefties that continue to support Hillary
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton entrusted her email server to an IT firm that was not cleared to handle classified materials, according to the chief spokesman for the Defense Security Service.
The DSS is an arm of the Defense Department and is the only federal agency authorized to approve private sector company access to sensitive or confidential material.
The agency reviews and approves private contractors to assure they have secure facilities and approves security clearances for employees to clear them for access to sensitive or classified materials.
Since 2013, Clinton used Platte River Networks, a small Denver-based company, to upgrade and maintain her private email server at her home in Chappaqua, New York.
About 13,000 companies have received FCL or facility-wide clearance. But Platte River is not one of them.
“Platte River is not cleared” to have access to classified material, stated Cindy McGovern, chief public affairs officer for DSS in a telephone interview with The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Meanwhile, the Hildabeast is laughing the whole thing off as a big joke, a part of the "vast right-wing conspiracy."

I wonder what the regulations say concerning classified information and Email. I was out of the military before Email came along.

I don't know the regulations concerning Email, but I'm pretty sure you cannot email information identified as classified. If that's right it would not be necessary for the company to be cleared. The main issue seems to be whether information on some Emails Hillary received should have been identified as classified, but wasn't.
If someone sends you an email that contains classified information, but it is not identified as such how are you to know it's classified information? If you have it on your computer are you guilty of anything?
I doubt it.

This is about records management. It doesn't address classified information. I think what we're seeing is just the usual overreaching by the Hillary haters.

The typical Democrat is paying attention and/ or cares?
I don't see it.

I know you don't agree with me about this.
Let's wait and see.

What I find is that Democrats are not all that fond of Hillary. They just find Republicans worse.

58% say she is lying.

Yeah, and I heard Donnie Deutch on Mourning Joe yesterday say that he was tired of Hillary! Everyone was shocked.

I'll try to find it, but I read an article a couple of days ago that said the major Democrat donors are pressing Obama to shut Hillary down and get her out.
Their donations are starting to dry up because of her. The money we're talking about is used for congressional elections as well as presidential.
I think she'll be threatened with an indictment unless she folds up shop.

Nominating Bernie would be the first honest thing the Democrat party has done in decades.
Communism = Socialism = Marxism = Democrats

So far what I see is the people that seem outraged are the hardcore Clinton haters. Partiularly, Judicialwatch.org which was on Washington Journal this morning. They seemed oblivious when it was pointed out that Powell used private Email when he was SofS too. Also, they don't seem to be able to decide exactly what she did wrong. If having a private "outlaw" server was wrong why wasn't the issue raised by any of the numerous people that were aware of it? Or if she violated a rule while using it, what rule was it? Then there is the wiping the server issue. Did she just delete them or intentionally overwrite them? That is still being investigated. It's not clear if that is even any kind of a violation.

If you run a red light, does it matter whether or not you intended to do it? You have an obligation to stop, and you know you have that obligation.
When Powell was SOS, email was still new.

How long after she was sworn in as Sec of State did she receive a briefing on security of government documents?
