And having Trump in the race is a good thing, in my opinion.

He is able to say things that need to be said, and not worry about the consequences.

Trump is spending his own money. The rest of them spend someone elses money.
That's the only difference.
Both Obama and Romney spent over a billion dollars in 2012.

He says he's going to do it by threatening Mexico with punitive tariffs unless they pay for the wall.

PAY for the wall , heard he has suggested taxing money sent back to 'mexico' that has been earned in the USA [remittances] . 'mexican products will be taxed , guess that means Fords , Volkswagens and other cars built under license in mexico if they come to the USA . Corn husks used for wrappers on 'tamales' bimbo bread , hot sauce that is authentico , tomatoes , peppers , avocado , yada , yada , beer will be taxed same as their oil . The info may be in his official position papers that he is in the process of releasing . Walls , schmalls , build the wall , I'll pay for it by paying increased taxes in the hope of stopping illegals and preserving American sovereignty .
