Favourite Christmas film.

Sorry if it's been done before, but which film will you happily sit down to watch again and again over the Christmas period?

For me it has to be 'Its a wonderful life'....it's magical.

'Christmas Story' with Ralphie and his BB gun . Good scenes with Ralphies old man and his award of a 'female leg lamp'. Liked Ralphies mother on the phone reporting the dirty words of one of Ralphies friends to the mother of the friend and then Ralphie getting his mouth washed out with soap . I sent a copy to each of my Grandkids along with a new 'Daisy Red Ryder' BB GUN . ------------ this year each kid got a Leatherman Leap Tool designed for kids and the forth book 'Star Spangled Banner' by Rush Limbaugh !!

Me too and I watched it last night, Xmas eve. My father's family came from Indiana Country, PA which is where Jimmy Stewart is from. His father, Alex Stewart, grew up in a home not far from my 3rd great grandfather's farm. It was a stone house that is still there and being lived in called The McCormick House.
I don't think the end is near anymore. :D I think it's HERE! :o

I don't know all the films mentioned, I will look out for them.

It must be an added thrill to watch "It's a wonderful life" knowing you have connections to where it was set, which looked like a magical place.
I missed it this year......it was on in the afternoon and no one told me. :cry:

It's a Wonderful Life over and over ! I also like The Christmas Story

we watched Hallmark Christmas movies every night through December, some were cute, some were horrible ..not much into the Mrs. Claus ..etc ..
