Thank you for the link. It makes sense and lends credence to other things that have been written and stated.

Given a choice between LBJ's attack Poodle and Trump, I'll take Trump.

None of Moyer's hard hitting investigative journalism is news to anyone that has spent 30 minutes looking into Trump.

You obviously did not look at the link.
Moyers is linking to a story that a NY magazine did on Trump's real estate deals--the one that got him his big money.

If I said I looked at the link. I looked at the link.

And I learned nothing new from it.

He should have gone into cattle futures. That's where the real money is.

I guess the "Trump's chumps" just don't want to know or are too lazy to do any research at all. And so, we will have the completed downfall of America. The other day I saw one of those "man on the street" interviews of Trump supporters. The reporter gave some quotes, supposedly from Donald Trump. He'd read them off and ask if they agreed with the statement. There were about 10 of them. At the end, he said "Do you agree with the statements?" They all agreed. Then the reporter asked if they would be surprised if all the statements were made by Hitler. The very sad thing is that not one of the people even considered not voting for Trump. I hope to heaven that they were just too embarrassed to admit they were appalled by the statements. But I doubt it.

And as for GFB, there are some arguments that ARE true and should be associated with Hitler. You can put your head in the sand and ignore the truth. But people who do understand are dragged along with the low information or just plain stupid egotistical people like Trump.

I thought that the quotes were by 'mussolini' rather than 'hitler' . Anyway , Trump said that the quote or quotes were good and that's why he used them . And then we have 'little roobio' talking about the size of Trumps hands and inferring something about Trumps privates as he goes after the TROOMP !! ------- Main thing is that Trumps success is all due to the republican rino gop establishment !! Trumps success has been brewing for the last 30 years or so .

The GOP is reaping what has been sown, as is the Dem party.

It is a sad indictment of the future of the US.
Education is no longer about education, it is about passing a test. Our schools have turned out a generation who has no skill at analyzing information and drawing conclusions. The future will bear that fruit.

in 1976 I worked a temp job and the young man working with me made the statement that our democracy was still an experiment. It was celebrating 200 years--and he stated that we still didn't know if it had lasting power. I think he was correct. It is looking more and more like we/the US can't handle the decisions to be made if we are to control our destiny.

The root of the problem is democracy, our Country was perverted from a Republic to a democracy. Which at the core is mob rule.

--------------------------------------- good post , I agree with the thoughts and I think that the USA downfall started years in the past . Probably about 1984 and really got rolling when the old man 'bush' was president .

Maybe Trump should have set up the Trump Foundation and funneled money through that? Seems that's no big deal? Maybe trump should sacrifice an ambassador and others? After all, it's just a bump in the road that doesn't matter now.

Not a big fan of trump, but it's amazing to see more people concerned about him "not being nice" compared to Hilary being corrupt!
