I know that you will condemn the Houston Chronicle because that's what you do, but first, read this astonishing declaration:

We make an exception in the 2016 presidential race, because the choice between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump is not merely political. It is something much more basic than party preference.

It is what? I dunno. So simple. Trump's the one who doesn't even come close to measuring up. How is it you can't see that?

But I've lived in Houston and read the Chronicle for years. I know what they're all about.

For my money the Post was infinitely superior to the Chronicle.

The best thing about the Chronicle is its coverage of executions, being so close to Huntsville and all.
