It really is a nightmare in Louisana. My heart goes out to those people. I can't help but thing of the money Obama Administration sent to the UN without congressional approval of the money. $500 millon. That would go a long way to help LA. We, the people, have no say whatsoever and I haven't heard of anyone in the House of Representatives screaming bloody murder over this. Obama says his legal advisors told him it was "legal". Since when?
