I'd suspect J J Watt can apply a bit of attitude adjustment to the side of his helmet.

Kick him to the curb.

If this nation is so bad, leave and find a place that is better.

I wonder what the reaction would be if it was one of the players on the Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers, etc.?

The NFL tolerates crap like this, but they won't allow the Cowboys to support the police.

I'm not allowed to fire off political opinions while I'm on the job. I suspect that's the way it is for most people in the workplace.

He said "I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color," Kaepernick told NFL "To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder."

I don't think that's a "political" opinion. He's not blaming a political party. He's blaming the "country". The leader of which is black. Sort of.

Steve, the problem is that..the bit about "a country that oppresses black people" is a really stupid comment..and he needs to be told that by whoever he works for.

-------------------------------------------------- the above is the best answer . --------------------- I have never supported , never will support these teams or individuals . Just makes them rich as they influence youngsters in a negative way .

You need to look up the definition of "politics". It's not just Trump vs Hil-liar-y

The gay player tried the same strategy. His lack of talent eventually prevailed over the league's desire for political correctness.
