verizon fios(isp) says it isnt their faule
siteground(webhost) says it isnt their fault

any body understand this well enought o explain it to me? LOL

Don't believe them Steve. Their knee-jerk reaction is to always blame the customer.

Tom, your site comes up for me. If your having PoP mail issues, some of the providers dropped the old port (I think it was 26) and went with a new port, they told no one and Suddenlink still swears they didn't do it. Let me check my settings, I get back to you with the new port.

i am using those ports Steve. I cannot get to the site nor get emails from home.

i truck on down to starbucks and can get both no problem. was in a hotel this weekend.... no problems. just a problem from my house

both host/isp caiming it isnt their fault.

lesson learned.

keep attacking verizon until resolved

3rdd tech fixed it right away. my ip was blocking that ip for some reason
