Don't know where she came up with that. Probably the same place that Joe Biden came up with "I finished in the top half of my class in law school" (he was 76th out of 87).

That's because he is so far ahead in the polls that he doesn't even have to bother with campaigning anymore. Once he's elected he won't have much to do either other than sign his name. President Harris will do the rest. :D
