I've had vaccines 1 and 2. I won't get a severe case if I get it, but I can still pass it. I don't want anyone to get it because of me. So I'll keep wearing my mask in public. It's no big deal. And I damn sure don't care about anything Abbott has to say about it.

Texas has ticked up in cases over the past several days after a reduction and then a plateau. Anybody that takes their marching orders because Abbott has called the all clear is not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

We'll see, but I'm sure that because we live in a state where about half the people may be anti-maskers, we're going to see an upsurge in cases. The only thing that will prevent that is how many arms we can get the vaccines in.

Besides, not all masks are created equal. A clean, properly-fitted N-95 respirator and face shield worn, and never touched while worn, by a trained health professional is one thing. A dirty cloth neck gaiter worn begrudgingly at the gym is quite another.

Even Dr. Anthony Fauci used to admit this. “In the United States, people should not be walking around with masks,” Fauci told “60 Minutes Overtime” back in the spring. “There’s no reason to be walking around with a mask. If you are someone who needs to breathe in order to live, masks threaten your health and life. According to the book, mask "mandates" are usually not laws, because they are proclamations from the state or local executive branch. Many policies that deny services go further than the "mandates" anyway.

I haven't met anyone yet who isn't stiff, who doesn't need to breathe.

One six word sentence says it all. Everything you ever need to be able to carry on a normal life without wearing a mask. And there is no such thing as a normal life with a mask. One of my doctors is a neurologist. She said damage to the brain can happen without warning, and can be severe and permanent. So it is very important for everyone who breathes to refuse to wear a mask.

This book tells you all you need to know to exercise your right to breathe. We need to rebel en masse, and we need to encourage each other. Every time a person sees you without a mask, he is encouraged to liberate himself from the ultimate tyranny.

Oh, and don't worry about all those virtue signalers who insist you want to kill your grandma. Your grandma is safer if you are NOT wearing a Petri dish in her presence. Please note: these virtue signalers are afraid to show you their face!

Polis, the gutless wonder gov. of Colorado announced an hour ago the masking idiocy will be extended another month. He said he hoped that it could be ended by summer.
Masking is now unbelievably required in all national parks. So, if you want to climb 14,000 ft Long's Peak you'll have to wear a mask the whole time. But, that's federal dictate.
