Adrian Beltre was named on 366 of the 385 HOF ballots. The 19 voters that didn't include him should all have their voting rights revoked.

For those that may not know, Pudge played his last game with the Rangers in 2002. Palmeiro played his last game with the Rangers in 2003.
Beltre played his first game with the Rangers in 2011.
