I don't wish cancer on anybody, but I have to wonder how long they have known about this. His last presidential physical was in February 2024. If it has gotten to the point that the cancer has metastasized, there should have been some warning signs at that time - like a rising PSA level. If I were inclined to be cynical about this, I might wonder about the timing of this news coming so close to the release of the Hur interview.

Honestly, my first thought when I heard about this was, "Here's something else they lied to us about." I don't know about the particular prostate cancer that Biden has, but prostate cancer typically takes years to develop. I think that four or five is typical.
