If America were Syria
Imagine that the American President and his government were the targets of an international attack, for the purpose of regime change. Imagine some country, or a bloc of countries, for some reason decided that they would change the American President and government themselves, without relying on the American people to make their own choices.
Imagine that Canada and Mexico were both working together to support and fund the terrorists and mercenaries needed to invade and attack American citizens, infrastructure, military and security forces.
Imagine countries abroad in Europe, Asia, Africa or South America who were politically aligned with Canada and Mexico on this strategic attack for the purpose of regime change. The resources of money, training, weapons and transportation would be immense.
The terrorists and mercenaries would come pouring over the borders in Texas, Arizona, California, Washington, North Dakota, Minnesota, and New York.
They would pick isolated areas in the vast borders which would make finding them difficult. They would be aided by satellite tracking by the military of Canada and Mexico to be able to direct the terrorists on the ground just were to enter America silently. The innocent sleeping Americans would wake up to find their small town invaded, with the police force either held as prisoners, or slaughtered. Small town police forces wouldn’t stand a chance against terrorists using military grade weaponry and with foreign Armies donating training, logistics and weaponry to the terrorists.
This is what it would be like if America were Syria. Once the first report of an invasion would be heard, the American military and security forces, aided by gun owning civilians from coast to coast, would burst into action in defense of the borders. Orders to repel all invaders, to capture or kill all citizens who had participated in the invasion of America, to bomb from the air, land and sea all locations which presented a threat to America or its citizens, would immediately be given and followed.
Americans would stand shoulder to shoulder as they used every resource to stop the invaders and capture or kill each as necessary. Of course, there would be great loss of life as American soldiers would be killed defending their homeland, and American civilians would be killed by the terrorists invading, and civilians would die as a result of being caught in the cross-fire of battles between the American forces and the terrorists. Some of the terrorists would be American themselves, as they were either hired to be a traitor, or perhaps followed the same political ideology which fostered the foreign attack for the purpose of regime change. There would be great loss of life on all sides.
Now imagine that 35,000 American soldiers had died in defense of their homeland, and 110,000 American civilians had died either fighting on behalf of the terrorists and their supporters abroad, or as innocent civilians killed either by the terrorists, or caught in the cross fire. Perhaps now you can imagine if America were Syria.

Lillie's problem is that she's too trusting. She thinks the system works. If everyone would just contact their congressman and tell them to stop this, it would stop. I don't know if she's aware that the plan to take out 7 countries including Syria goes all the way back to the first year of the Bush administration. Obama
surely had to sign on before he would even have been allowed to run for president.
