I made smoked pork loin, oven roasted red potatos and fried okra.

I was diagnosed with diabetes last week.
Half a can of tuna, a tomato, a cup of raw spinach and a slice of pumpernickel bread.
Sounds good, doesn't it :)

Baked turkey tenderloins with balsamic vinegar and parmesan and a salad. Very good dinner.

Venison backstrap fried in bacon with mushrooms, a baked potato, some blackberries I froze last summer and tea. I am still working on venison from the 2013 season.
