Faster than a speeding bullet

Postby Sangersteve » Wed Mar 04, 2015 10:32 am

That is how quickly a MSM reporter will run into a wall trying to defend Hillary, but let me be fair here, ol Jon did include at the very last of his article that Jason said he paid for his own cards and was not subject to the law. So how many dems read past the headline? I'm thinking 0.

The liberal media lapdogs are circling the wagons to protect Hillary Clinton from her latest scandal by dragging any Republican they can into the fray.

ABC News Tuesday tried to equate the use of a personal email address by Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, on his business card to Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email address when she was secretary of state, an apparent violation of the Federal Records Act.

“Hillary Clinton isn’t the only official who uses a non-government email address,” blared the lede.

Just one problem.

Members of Congress aren’t subject to Federal Records Act — a fact ABC News didn’t bother to mention until the end of the article.

Chaffetz appeared on Fox and Friends Wednesday to address to non-controversy.

“That’s like comparing apples to a boat,” he told host Elisabeth Hasselbeck. “I am not subject, as a member of Congress, to the Federal Records Act. I have two different emails. A House account, but I also have that card there which was paid for by campaign funds. And so it’s kind of ridiculous.”

Ridiculous yes. But not surprising that Clinton’s worker bees are surrounding the queen.

ABC reporter Jonathan Karl had to backtrack on Twitter and the Twitterverse pounced on him.

Hillary will skate through this just as she and her hubby have skated through everything else in their careers. Sadly, I believe she will be our next president. Even more sad is the fact that she looks pretty good compared to the current czar in charge.

Rush has spent much of the first hour of his show calling attention to how much of the media is turning on her.

..mostly newer media, run by Millenials..that have little or no memory of the Clintons.

I'd call that a blessing....................having little or no memory of the Clintons. Wish we could say that about the current.

I think Hillary would be worse than Obama.
Obama is a leftist stumblebum with no clear direction or purpose.
Hillary is a dedicated Marxist-Leninist.

hope so Greg but I have to learn more about Walker , how is he on guns and immigration ?? I heard him say that illegals should pay a fine , learn English and they'd be good to go . I don't like that . Course , I also hear that he has evolved away from that position but its still a worry to me !!

First, ask yourself what you want to do about illegals.

Then, ask yourself if there are ANY candidates that share your view.

If not, you have to toss that view out, at least with respect to voting for President.

Think that I'd go with Pochahantas and get on the gravy train just to mess with the rich rino moderates that have brought this country to this point Greg .

The rich don't have to worry about being messed with.

It would certainly mess with the future of the country,though..just like Obama has..probably worse.

That's what people said here when G W Bush was President.."things couldn't possibly be worse."

..and things could still be much worse than they are now..another far left leaning President would do it.

Amazing how easy it is for people to lose their perspective.

just not going to vote for a Walker if I perceive him to be pro immigration . I had the same policy for the second term of bush and the mcain fiasco . Like I say , 200 million population when I was 20 years old and now a count of about 310 million and that's not counting illegals . Yeah , just have to see what Walker says or lies or tells the truth about .

Choosing to not vote for anyone is a very different decision than voting for the extreme opposition.

I 've already said in previous posts that I see moderates / rinos as having been the problem in the USA . A strategy might be voting to hurt those moderates that have brought the USA to this point in history Greg . Some other poster has mentioned that it might be a good idea to bring the USA to the breaking point by supporting another mrobama type so I'm not alone in my thinking . He11 , if Walker is the same as a 'j bush' well , I can't support either . I'll listen to what Walker has to say and then I'll decide . Cruz might still get traction .
