Mother bunny hides her babies

Amazing how they know to go back into the hole by themselves and not explore the world. Instinct I guess. We usually have a litter in our backyard every spring and I never know they were there until they have gone.

Had one in our back yard last year. Annabelle the Pit Bull brought it to our attention. 3 babies, 1 did not make it and the rest were OK. NO!!! Anna did not kill or maim any Rabbit. When told to she stayed away until the den was vacant.
