There will be no interruptions in the production of fruits or vegetables, because agriculture is not required to reduce their water usage..and they use 80% of the available water in the state.

That seemed funny to you because you didn't realize that Jerry Brown is allowing agriculture to continue the same water usage.

The difference between many here and I is..I don't expect to know or understand what is going on in Texas..and try to comment on things after people here have informed me about them.

Just have every border jumper to bring a 5 gallon bucket of water....that ought to help ! :)

To keep the water party going in California, they are now pumping water that was deposited 20,000 years ago. But, not to worry, once it starts to rain again they will be able to replenish it in 20,000 years. :D
