I brought coffee home from the office yesterday to warm up this morning. My family acted like they had never seen a drink in a styrofoam cup before. The coffee was OK warmed up this morning...not as good a fresh but STILL better than instant.

Stop & Rob at midnight to purchase Coke Zero; I now insure I have a stack of them in the utility room.

I'd have to be pregnant or in an emergency medical situation for my husband to go out at midnight to get me something.

I know better than to even suggest that someone go out at midnight for any reason less than a life/death emergency.

Nice gift Library Lady I would seriously consider that if Mom wasn't giving me the free Keurig. Does it take special filters?

I think it has one of those "gold mesh" filters.

The friend who got it for us--she worked at Dillard's and D. had it on close out--plus her discount made it real cheap for her (or so she said). She entertains herself by buying things and we are often the recipient.

Well it makes my life a little better, and as hard as y'all may find it to believe I believe it is the duty of a husband, father, and grand father to take care of the family, with in reason of course. :-)

"within reason"-----There lies the problem. You and your spouse find the request reasonable. At my house, both of us would consider it unreasonable request. The main thing is that both of you agree and are happy with the arrangement.

She would go and get it herself, but I don't like her out alone that late, if you want to know the whole truth.

Hey look, we'll tell you what "reasonable" means, ok?
If you’re “woke”..you’re a loser.
