Saudi Arabia is the source of Radical Islam. Saudi Arabia should be stopped from funding all terrorism, everywhere. Saudi Arabia has paid for the extermination of 200,000 Syrian citizens and residents.

I'm no expert on Saudis or sharia law but quite often a rape victim will be punished for being raped , maybe because she broke another rule like being alone with a unrelated male friend in a car or room [speculation] . Sometimes lighter but still punished with jail or lashes , maybe some other punishment . Little bit of reading tells me that plus there is no uniform sharia law in Saudi . I think that Saudi judges are appointed by the 'king' and punishments are up to the determination of the 'king ' appointed judges interpretation of the laws !!

there is no penalty for the rapist..that's a crock.

As there is no penal code in Saudi Arabia, there is no written law which specifically criminalizes rape or prescribes its punishment. The rape victim is often punished as well, if she had first entered the rapist's company in violation of purdah. There is no prohibition against spousal or statutory rape.
