The front part of our property is fairly flat so the current rain is doing more running into cracks than causing any problems.
The only downside is that, once the soil plumps up, our back door will become inoperable again. And the builder, we got judgment against 5 years ago, has defaulted on the payback agreement that he signed 14 months ago. Our next step will be, in about 25 days, to start selling off his property. Sheeeeeesssssshhhhh. The lack of conscience sure makes life easier for some people.
