Me too !
I can't remember watching that Hollyweird tripe, since the late 70s.
As a matter of fact I have not watched any "Award Show" in a coons age.

I never watch any of the award shows because the awards seldom go to the ones that deserve them or should have won.
Do Will, Jada & Spike really think anyone gives a crap whether they are in the audience or not? They are living in a dream world if they do.

Probably late-70s since I've watched any of that garbage. Hearing details about it the next day always confirms that I was correct to stay away.

Hilarious! Me too; can't think of any reason to watch a lot of narcissistic sycophants fawn over each other as they give each other awards at mutual butt-kiss society.

I don't think I've seen one of the nominated movies, so it might be on our TV but I don't pay much attention.
Re: I'm joining in with the Boycott of the Oscars!
I have never watched any awards show. Doesn't mean a thing to me. I'm not much of a movie goer but I do recommend
13 HOURS. I can't believe I've been to two movies in a couple months. I wouldn't have gone to A WALK IN THE WOODS, but Girls Friday Out all wanted to go so I went and loved it. I even bought the DVD. I know Hubs would like it. I'm waiting for an evening the kids are here.

So ultimately what does this mean?
Will the PC shaming result in all of the nominees being black next year, or will the Academy say "Oh yeah? Watch this," and shut out black actors again next year?
