It's fixed! Or, I got let out off probabion.

I couldn't get logged in on any of my 4 browsers. I stared fooling with my AVG Internet Security and found that I could get Txdigest to come up if I disabled AVG. Further digging led me to a place where you can enter "Exceptions", sites you want to go to even if it might be unsafe. I added the full URL for txdigest and Bingo. I now have no problem getting to the site. Their security program could also be causing their issues.
