Breitbart is taking all countries into the list, which is sorta misleading. South America has a huge gun problem from all the poverty and drug dealers, where as the European countries don't have that problem. Nearly all the countries on that list are in South America.
The US ranks high when you rank the countries by the socio-economic levels. Here's various charts, and you can draw your own conclusions from them.

Black-on-black murders: From 1980 through 2008, 93 percent of black victims were killed by black offenders, according to a 2011 report on homicide trends by the Bureau of Justice Statistics. It also says 84 percent of white victims were killed by white offenders.
In short, more often than not, people kill their loved ones, friends and neighbors — and since people of different racial backgrounds tend to live clustered together, they are far more likely to kill someone of their own race than someone of another race.

I'm not sure the white people have anything to brag about in this regard, but you can believe whatever you wish. Here's one article I found interesting in that regard:Black-on-black murders: From 1980 through 2008, 93 percent of black victims were killed by black offenders, according to a 2011 report on homicide trends by the Bureau of Justice Statistics.
