We bought an 08 GMC Acadia a few months ago and neither of us are real happy with it. Interior and the seats are nice and it will carry a ton of stuff with the seats down, but it's just...... blah. The gas mileage is terrible and I don't like the way it drives. It also has an electrical gremlin I can't find. Things will just randomly turn off, like the cruise control, the A/C or the seat controls. Shut the motor off and restart the car, everything is fine.
I'm leaning towards the Edge and she likes the SRX. After living with the Acadia she has decided the third row seating is not really needed. We are going used and the cars are in about the same price range.
If you have owned either of these, what are your thoughts?
