----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- even hearing 'geraldo' this morning , even he was saying that 'puerto rico' was messed up long BEFORE this hurricane came along . My thoughts are that the third world 'puerto ricans' want 'pr' to be fixed up and made brand new and shiny with no effort from themselves . Seems to me that FEMA , Military and others stepped in in response to giving emergency hurricane relief and aid . That being done and the emergency being over its up to the 'puerto rican' government , its employees , private business and their employees and 'puerto ricans' to take over and do the rebuilding .
