Before the word was fashionable? What the Hell does that mean?
A hundred years ago people had B.O. before that term was fashionable, but they still stank.

That means..back then Elvis met Priscilla at 14..and Jerry Lee Lewis married his cousin at 13..they were not called pedophiles.

Jerry Lee Lewis did receive a lot of criticism for marrying his cousin..and someone that was so young.

They were not called "pedophiles."

That is a term of liberal high fashion.

So the act doesn't bother you, but the word does? Damn.

I'm just letting you know that calling him a pedophile is wrong on several levels..attempting sexual relations with 14 years old is not something he DOES..it's something he did 40 years ago. Also, it was not viewed the same way it is now.

I'm not sure about that. When I was 17-18 there were two seperate occasions that I remember when 14 year old girls wanted to go out with me. (after all, I was a high school rock star LOL!) At any rate, I knew back then that it wasn't right and had no part of it. And that was 45 years ago, and I was really just a kid myself.

Remembering.

I remember when I was In high school a 20 something y/o guy committed several pedophiliac moves on a girl who wasn't 15. The paper that did the story called what he was punished for was "f.u.c.k"* of underage girl. With no abbr. marks. (No violence stated or implied). Before steve gets all in a twist about this note: remember, it was on the front page of the local paper. (probably about 1962 and I knew both the guy and the gal.

I'm purty shur Moore's sins were worse than the above bec Royboy was older than the guy in my example above (which, by the way, DID happen) and the girl was younger. So there were those who definitely were talking about it.)

The point is that Moore was much more powerful and the girl was a whole lot younger. Let it not be said that it's not the case that these kinds of things were chuckled about then. They weren't. And they were every as outraged as y'all oughta be with RM.

Moore claims to be something that he is not. He's a mean, right-wing sumbitch and I am glad he's running for the US Senate.

I can't wait until he gets there and plays hail with the Senate!! O, please, if there is a god, let Roy Moore be elected.
