Selling my house
Selling my house
I'm listing my house in South Irving for $170,000 this week if you know anyone who's interested. It is 1230 SF so it would be a great starter or downsize home. Good amount of storage for a smaller home.

Re: Selling my house
Good move. Get out now before the crash and rent a few years. You can probably buy it back then for half if you want.

$170,000.00 for a house is pretty reasonable for what i assume is a nice house , good luck with the sale CMommy .

Thanks Ralph. I will post the link when it is officially listed. After some of what I looked at on Sunday, I feel better about mine. If something is sitting on the market, there is usually a good reason why.
I am moving because with teenage girls we are on top of each other and need more room. I need a space to work from home to be with them during busy season. Being at the office all the time is just not working. I am trying to move a little closer to Frisco and stay close enough to my office. Not an easy thing in my price range. And NO I will NOT be renting. No thanks.

well hope it works out well for you CMommy !!

Re: Selling my house
!!!! Well, good for you.
Did you rush over and put in a bid on the house you want?
Won't it be great if it all falls into place and you can move by the first of the year?
Last time I purchased a house, it took weeks for the paperwork. Now, I have heard of it all getting done within 2 weeks. Internet title searches etc. speed things up. But, waiting on an inspector can slow the process down.
